3. Research Data

Research use is limited to records covered by a documented consent basis, an authorized waiver, or another approved legal basis. Records with an unknown basis are not releasable. Public research packages contain aggregate results and exclude source images, OCR text, food logs, body weight, exact dates, account identifiers, and hashed user identifiers. Approved controlled-access studies may use the minimum de-identified fields stated in their protocol and data-use agreement.

4. Payment Information

All financial transactions are handled by our payment providers (Apple App Store and Google Play Store). We do not store or process your credit card information directly.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the security of your personal information. However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can exercise these rights by contacting us or using our self-service tools. A verified research withdrawal request prevents the affected record from being placed in a new research batch and is handled for unreleased batches according to the approved study protocol.
