2. Use of Services
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
- You must not use our API for unauthorized surveillance.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your account settings on the respective app store (Google Play or Apple App Store).
4. Research Data Usage
Use of the app alone is not treated as study-specific research consent. Research processing requires a documented consent basis, an authorized waiver, or another approved legal basis. Records with an unknown basis are not releasable. Public research packages use aggregate results and exclude source images, OCR text, food logs, body weight, exact dates, and direct or hashed user identifiers.
5. Intellectual Property
The content, features, and functionality of Mudafati are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Mudafati be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
